as well as the BBC) feel that this is part of a long-term trend towards social democratic governments in Latin America. Another thing that he shares with Mr Chavez is that he is of indigenous ethnic extraction, a fantastic thing. It's been a while coming, but the future in South America is bright, and the future is red.
